Our customer, Voyage Care, are a national care provider designed for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex care needs.
We’re responsible for providing service, maintenance and installation for their Fire, Security, Call Systems, Electrical assets. The contract involves providing an efficient reactive response to all emergencies.
An initial 1-year contract covered 80 sites. The success of our partnership during the initial first year supported DFP Services to successfully secure a long-term contract with Voyage Care for these services with an expanded geographical coverage. Our contract now covers over 350 sites and spans Scotland, North-East, Yorkshire and Humber, North West and the Midlands.
