Home Group are one of the UK’s largest providers of integrated housing, health, and social care, supporting over 125,000 customers across more than 55,000 homes in England and Scotland. A social enterprise, Home Group support some of the most vulnerable individuals in society, including people with mental and physical health issues.
Working with Home Group since 2019, we’ve delivered fire safety services across over 1000 sites including the maintenance of their fire alarms, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and ancillary equipment. The contract involves providing a flexible reactive response of 2 hours for any emergency call outs.
We’re focused on transparency. On acquiring this contract, Home Group lacked accurate asset information, so to facilitate improvements we collected asset data within the first 6 months of the contract. This provided Home Group with a full view of their entire portfolio and assisted in the development of a comprehensive asset improvement programme.
