Methodist Housing Association (MHA) provide retirement housing with care, respite care, residential care, dementia care, nursing care, palliative care as well as therapeutic services.
Having worked with MHA for over a decade, our team provide planned and reactive maintenance services for 155 sheltered housing schemes nationwide. This includes maintaining their warden call, nurse call, door entry, access control systems, DECT, and smoke detectors.
To support MHA in the mammoth task of getting all their sites digitally ready in line with the Digital Changeover, DFP developed a bespoke digitally ready survey to support our team to accurately assess their requirements. To enable our team to accurately determine the immediacy of their site’s needs, we completed a digital survey, grading assets against the below priority ratings:
- Immediate action
- Action required
- Planned upgrades
- No action required
To clearly indicate where works are required, this information is clearly displayed in a colour-coded spreadsheet, alongside the quoted cost of the required works.
