One of the largest employers in Sunderland, Gentoo are a leading provider of social housing in the North East, providing new, modern homes to rent to over 60,000 people to help combat the UK’s housing crisis.
Following a successful tender process, DFP are responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance for Gentoo’s Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling systems for their offices, depot, and blocks within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington, as well as Tyne and Wear.
In accordance with Gentoo’s requirements, our team of Mechanical Engineers ensure all services are delivered in full compliance with SFG20 standards.
