Working in partnership with 54North since 2016, previously Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association, DFP provide planned and reactive maintenance services to 141 sites. This includes:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Warden Call
- Door Entry
- Access Systems
- CCTV
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Fighting Equipment including fire extinguishers, fire blankets as well as smoke vents and detectors
To allow our Engineers access to properties, our team liaised with 54North to agree a bespoke access procedure to enable us to complete required works at unmanned properties without any delay.
