Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA) provides quality housing accommodation for people in need of safety, security, and opportunity. SAHA has over 4000 homes and work in partnership with a variety of agencies, local authorities, and specialist partners to provide people with safe and secure homes.
In the first year of a three-year contract with SAHA, we are responsible for providing the servicing, maintenance, and reactive service for their properties across the North East, North West, and Midlands. Our responsibilities include the service and maintenance of their fire alarms, AOV’s, sprinklers, dry risers, fire shutters, fire extinguisher equipment, and lightning protection.
To allow our Engineers access to properties, our team liaised with SAHA to provide the Engineers with codes and agree a key safe procedure. This includes taking a photograph of the keys being returned to ensure their properties remain both safe and secure.
