Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA) provides quality housing accommodation for people in need of safety, security, and opportunity. SAHA has over 4000 homes and work in partnership with a variety of agencies, local authorities, and specialist partners to provide people with safe and secure homes.
Working with SAHA since 2023, our initial responsibilities included the service and maintenance of their fire alarms, AOV’s, sprinklers, dry risers, fire shutters, fire extinguisher equipment, and lightning protection.
DFP have built a strong partnership founded on delivering an exemplary service at all times. Testament to this, SAHA approached our team to expand their existing fire compliance servicing package to include providing planned and reactive mechanical maintenance services across their commercial and domestic properties.
Our responsibilities include:
- Domestic Gas and Non-Gas Appliance Servicing 3* Contract
- Commercial Plant Room Servicing
- Domestic Heating Repairs
- Commercial Heating Repairs
- Domestic and Commercial Installation and Replacement Works
- Pump Servicing and Maintenance
