New College Durham is a collaboration between further education providers, universities, and employers that specialise in delivering higher technical education as one of only twelve Institutes of Technology in the UK.
Working with New College Durham since 2000, DFP, formerly Cortech, maintain and service their call systems, disabled refuge, access control, intruder, WC, and fire alarms to ensure their campus is 100% operational 100% of the time. As a 24/7 contractor, a flexible reactive response service is provided to cover periods of contingency.
As part of a successful tender process in 2023, DFP became responsible for providing mechanical service and maintenance across all New College Durham owned sites.
Our relationship with New College Durham continues to thrive as a result of our mutual collaboration and willingness to innovate, we designed and installed a custom built lone working system, when no other system existed on the market, that met their bespoke requirements.
