Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, providing accommodation and support to homeless individuals aged 16-25. Supporting 16,000 young people every year, Centrepoint campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037. The Prince of Wales is a patron of the organisation and has been since 2005.
Working with Centrepoint since 2017, DFP service and maintain their mechanical and electrical services, emergency lighting, fire alarm, and CCTV systems. The contract involves providing a flexible reactive response time in periods of contingency.
Working with Centrepoint to deliver a tailored service, we implement a bespoke access procedure that is designed to minimise disruption for their residents whilst maximising their compliance across their portfolio.
