The Role
At DFP, we take pride in delivering exceptional service through our dynamic, collaborative teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Finance Department.

 

The Responsibilities
As our Sales Ledger Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Raising a high volume of sales invoices using our management software, JobWatch
  • Following documented processes and ensuring works are billed in a timely manner
  • Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage
  • Collaborating with the Credit Control team to discuss invoice disputes

  • Detail-oriented with a methodical and organised approach to work
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced in a similar role

 

The Training

  • Full training will be provided

 

The Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in a similar role within finance or accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounts

 

The Hours

  • 8.00am -16.30pm 5days per week, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
