The Role
At DFP, we take pride in delivering exceptional service through our dynamic, collaborative teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Finance Department.
The Responsibilities
As our Sales Ledger Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Raising a high volume of sales invoices using our management software, JobWatch
- Following documented processes and ensuring works are billed in a timely manner
- Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage
- Collaborating with the Credit Control team to discuss invoice disputes

- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in a similar role
The Training
- Full training will be provided
The Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in a similar role within finance or accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounts
The Hours
- 8.00am -16.30pm 5days per week, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
