Regional Manager for the Gas Department

The role

The role of Regional Manager is a management role, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our Gas Department. The role is critical in ensuring that business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the DFP expectations, whilst exceeding our customers’ requirements.

The Responsibilities
As our Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a team of Engineers
• Carrying out Engineer audits
• Creating and submitting weekly/daily reports
• Working closely with Senior Management to ensure maximum expectations are always met for customers and internal staff
• Attending monthly accounts meetings
• Working closely with Service Coordinators to maximise operational efficiency
• Full correct usage of our in-house operating software JobWatch (training will be provided).

The Person
This ideal person who’ll thrive in this role will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Health and Safety awareness
• High levels of IT literacy
• Strong Management experience
• Industry qualifications

The Essential Criteria

• Experience in Gas, Heating and Plumbing.
• Experience in a management or leadership role.
• Management Qualifications or equivalent
• Full UK Driving License
• Enhanced DBS clearance

The Hours

• Working hours are 8am-16.30pm Monday – Friday standard with overtime expected to be carried out where applicable due to the nature of the role.
• Office based role with site visits required where applicable.
