The Role
This role is a vital position within the business to support the smooth running of our Commercial Department, including administration, task coordination, and reviewing financials within contracts. You will work closely with senior leadership and departmental managers to align support services with business goals.
The role is to ensure that there is a strong customer facing representation showing professionalism in the initial introduction of DFP through to the handover to the Operational team.
The expectation of this role is very high, and we would expect impeccable attendance, commitment to the role and passion for a high output. This job will be very fast paced and varied.
The Responsibilities
As our Business Support, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the mobilisation of contracts internally and customer facing
- Overseeing the demobilisation of contracts internally and customer facing
- Monitoring contract expiries and carry out detailed financial reviews
- Dealing, review and close off any customer complaints
- Producing service contracts and quotes
- Analysing internal KPI data including customer feedback and presenting them to the Operations Director
- Producing and presenting financial job reports
- Being forward thinking regarding business development
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager on new opportunities within existing contracts
- Support Commercial Manager
- Reviewing our CRM system and liaising with stakeholders on the development opportunities and processes
- Writing and developing existing commercial processes in line with expectations
The Person

- Able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

The Essential Criteria
- Driving license
- Ability working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage their own work and prioritise as appropriate to the business needs
- High level customer service expected
The Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 40 hours per week
