DFP are looking for a Service Manager!
The Role
The role of a Service Manager is to manage a department of Engineers and Coordinators to deliver our planned and reactive maintenance requirements whilst keeping our customer compliant at all times.
The Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Engineers
- Carry out Engineer audits
- Create and submit weekly/daily reports
- Work closely with Senior Management to ensure maximum expectations are always met for customers and internal staff
- Attend monthly accounts meetings
- Work closely with Service Coordinators to maximise operational efficiency.
- Full correct usage of our in-house operating software JobWatch (training will be provided).
The Person
The ideal person who’ll thrive in this role will have:
- Experience in Fire, Security, Warden Call, Door Access
- Hold industry qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Have high levels of IT literacy
- Strong Health and Safety Awareness
- Competent to provide out of hours advice to on-call engineers when applicable
The Training
Full training will be provided including a Level 4 Management Course to be completed after completion of a satisfactory probationary period
The Essential Criteria
- Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS clearance
The Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8am-16.30pm with overtime expected to be carried out where applicable due to the nature of the role
- Office-based role with site visits required where applicable
