The Role
You will be responsible for planning and organising the maintenance and reactive visits via our in-house software JobWatch, while following the working procedures and expectations that our valued customers expect. Also, you would be required to carry out administrative daily tasks to ensure organisation levels are kept to our usual high standards.

 

The Responsibilities
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Logging jobs on our in house system (Training Provided)
  • Real time active scheduling
  • Customer portal updates
  • Report to line manager on delivery of jobs.
  • Request uplifts from customers.
  • Achieve company KPI.
  • Ordering materials
  • Issuing purchase orders

The Training
Full training will be provided

 

The Essential Criteria

  • Customer service experience
  • Coordinator experience

 

The Hours

  • 00am -16.30pm 5days per week 40 hours.
  • Monday to Friday
